Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. To provide all of our clients with the highest quality of service, we ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointment or for cancellations.

In the event that we do not receive the required notice, the following fees will be applied:

1. Notification given more than 24 hours before your appointment will receive no charges.
2. Notification given less than 24 hours before your appointment time, or failure to show up for your appointment, will result in a flat rate charge of $50.00.
